Order & Payment
How can I place an order?
Select the product you'd like, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. All payments are processed through a secure, SSL-encrypted infrastructure.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods. Payments are processed in Euro (€) and US Dollar ($).
Can I change my order after placing it?
Orders are typically processed the same day or the next business day. Please contact us at support@rainora.co as soon as possible — we'll do our best to accommodate changes before shipment.
Can I receive an invoice?
Yes. Add your invoice request in the order notes, or contact us at support@rainora.co.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping is free on orders of ₺1,500 and above. A standard shipping fee of ₺50 applies to orders below this amount.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are shipped the same day or the next business day after payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Remote regions may require additional time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your shipment in real time on the carrier's website.
Can multiple orders be shipped together?
Where possible, we can combine orders from the same customer into a single shipment. Contact us at support@rainora.co to request this.
Returns & Exchanges
How can I return a product?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories. Send your return request to support@rainora.co.
Who covers return shipping costs?
For customer-initiated returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. In cases of incorrect or damaged items, all return shipping is covered by Rainora.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the returned item, it is inspected within 3–7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 2–10 business days to your original payment method.
I received a damaged or wrong item — what should I do?
Please report it within 48 hours of delivery by sending photos to support@rainora.co. We'll handle everything, including return shipping.
Products & Stock
Are your products real leather?
We offer both 100% genuine cowhide leather and high-quality synthetic leather (PU) options. Material details are clearly stated in each product description.
Can I order an out-of-stock product?
Contact us at support@rainora.co and we'll notify you as soon as the item is back in stock.
