Our order and delivery processes are carried out in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Delivery Area
Rainora currently delivers within Türkiye only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control. In accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts, your order will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days — otherwise, you may exercise your right to withdraw from the contract.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order value and delivery address at checkout. The total amount — including shipping — is clearly displayed before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Use it to follow your shipment in real time on the carrier’s website.
About Product Shipments
Our products are shipped directly from our partner supplier warehouses. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. All shipments are made on behalf of Rainora — customer service responsibility remains entirely with us.
Delays & Cancellations
If any delay or change affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, you have the right to:
- Cancel the contract and request a full refund if delivery exceeds 30 days
- Withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason
- Receive a free replacement or refund in the event of damaged or missing products
Important Notes
- Orders are processed on business days only. No processing is initiated on weekends or public holidays.
- Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Rainora cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
- Address changes cannot be made after an order has been shipped.
